Since 2003 I have worked with vulnerable children and adults. During which time I have worked in a Children's Centre in North London and within schools in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

I have been using Protective Behaviours since 2009. PBs instinctively and theoretically has been an amazing program and tool to support, change and empower.

I felt so passionate about it that when I managed a team of Family Support Workers I ensured that they used Protective Behaviours in their roles and through their supervision.

From Goldsmiths University I graduated with a Master degree in Anthropological Psychology.

I have worked with children throughout my working life, childminding running a preschool and working in a secondary school. More recently I was employed as an Extended Services Manager for 5 years working with schools in South West Hertfordshire.

Currently I am a self-employed consultant and trainer on extended services matters, and work with a counselling and play therapy services to support children, young people and their families.

I am about to embark on some Family Support work with Action for Children and also with a Local Partnership of schools locally.

In 2011, I undertook the Train the Trainer course and was delighted to achieve the PTLLS award in this area.
